This Privacy Policy explains how ggrd.me ("Website"), operated by the Giggle Reloaded project ("GGRD", "we", "us"), handles information when you visit the Website or interact with GGRD smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain. We are committed to minimizing data collection and respecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data through traditional means. The Website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use registration forms, login systems, cookies, or server-side tracking.

However, the following information may be processed:

• Blockchain data: When you interact with GGRD smart contracts, your public wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain. This data is inherently public and immutable.
• Wallet connection: When you connect a wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, etc.), the Website reads your public address and BNB/token balances locally in your browser. This data is not transmitted to any server controlled by us.
• GitHub Pages hosting: GitHub may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, referrer) as part of its hosting infrastructure. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.

3. Cookies and Tracking

The Website does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. External resources loaded by the Website (Google Fonts, WalletConnect infrastructure) may set their own cookies — please refer to their respective privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The Website integrates with the following third-party services:

• BNB Smart Chain RPC nodes: To read contract state and submit transactions. Your wallet address and transaction data pass through RPC providers.
• WalletConnect: For mobile wallet connections via QR code. See WalletConnect Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: For typography. Google may collect usage data. See Google Privacy Policy.
• BscScan: Linked for contract verification. See BscScan Privacy Policy.

We do not control the data practices of these third parties and recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

5. Blockchain Transparency

All interactions with GGRD smart contracts (purchases, stakes, claims, refunds) are recorded on the public BNB Smart Chain blockchain. This data is:

• Publicly visible to anyone.
• Permanent and immutable — it cannot be deleted or modified.
• Pseudonymous — linked to wallet addresses, not directly to personal identities.

You are responsible for understanding the public nature of blockchain transactions before interacting with any smart contract.

6. Data Storage

The Website is a static frontend with no backend server or database. We do not store any user data on our infrastructure. All transaction data lives exclusively on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain.

7. Children's Privacy

The Website and GGRD smart contracts are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our infrastructure, traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, deletion) under regulations like GDPR do not directly apply to our data practices. However:

• You can disconnect your wallet at any time to stop the Website from reading your address.
• You can use privacy tools (VPN, Tor) when visiting the Website.
• Blockchain data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers.

9. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS. Smart contracts are built using audited OpenZeppelin libraries and deployed with governance controls (multisig + timelocks). However, no system is 100% secure. Always verify contract addresses independently and never share your private keys or seed phrases.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and publishing the revised policy at this URL. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
