Last Updated: November 25, 2025 | Version: 2.0
This policy outlines how the GGRD Charity Treasury (10% of total supply) is managed and distributed to support pediatric oncology care.
1. Charitable Purpose
The GGRD Charity Treasury holds 100,000 GGRD (10% of total supply)
in a dedicated Squads 3/4 multisig wallet. Its exclusive purpose is to fund
on-chain crypto donations for:
- Pediatric oncology support — children with cancer and their families
- Medical treatment funding — chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, medications
- Family support services — accommodation, transportation, psychological counseling
- Medical research — pediatric cancer research initiatives (secondary priority)

- Nominations must include: organization name, website, mission statement, proof of eligibility
- GGRD core team performs initial verification of eligibility criteria

- Core team conducts due diligence: legal status, financial reports, crypto capability
- Organizations with missing criteria are removed from consideration
- Verified candidates published in a public shortlist
- Community Discussion (Days 15-21)
- Open forum discussion about shortlisted organizations
- Community members share insights, concerns, preferences
- Organizations may be contacted for additional information
- Voting Phase (Days 22-28)
- On-chain governance vote using GGRD token (or wrapped/staked GGRD)
- Voting weight: 1 GGRD = 1 vote (or quadratic voting to reduce whale influence)
- Minimum quorum: 5% of circulating supply must participate
- Execution Phase (Days 29-35)
- Top-voted organization(s) selected as beneficiary
- Multisig signers approve donation transaction
- On-chain transaction executed with public transaction hash
- Announcement and transparency report published
2.3. Voting Mechanics
- Voting Power: Based on GGRD holdings (snapshot taken at start of voting period)
- Minimum Holding: Users must hold at least 100 GGRD to vote (prevents sybil attacks)
- Vote Options: Each holder can vote for ONE organization from the shortlist
- Transparency: All votes are on-chain and publicly verifiable
3. Donation Schedule & Mechanics

3.3. Conversion Process
GGRD tokens are converted to stable assets (USDC) using the following safeguards:
🛡️ Market Impact Protection
- TWAP/DCA Strategy: Swaps spread over time using Time-Weighted Average Price
- Volume Limits: Maximum 5% of daily trading volume per swap
