The charity leg is implemented through a vesting contract and governance-controlled execution.

3. Allocation and vesting model
- Charity allocation target: 2,000,000 GGRD (20% of total supply).
- Split formula: 40% / 30% / 30% (A/B/C recipients).
- Cliff: 12 months (no release before cliff).
- Vesting duration: 36 months from start timestamp (durationSeconds = 94,608,000).
- Post-cliff release: linear until duration end; first release includes accrued amount from months 0-12.
Operationally, A/B/C may point to the same multisig address if chosen by governance.
This does not change vesting arithmetic in contract logic.
4. Governance and execution standards
- No single-signer execution for strategic charity actions.
- Use Safe approvals according to configured threshold.
- Record each release and transfer with public transaction links.
- Do not mix charity operations with unrelated treasury actions.
5. Beneficiary selection and reporting
- Beneficiaries should be vetted before payout.
- The project should publish payout rationale and tx hashes.
- Reports should include date, token amount and receiving entity.
- Community communication should use official channels only.
6. Prohibited use
- No personal team compensation from charity-designated flow.
- No market manipulation activity under charity label.
- No off-record transfers without public transaction trace.
7. Risk notice
This policy is operational guidance and not legal or tax advice.
Regulatory obligations depend on jurisdiction and should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
